The FAA has gathered 12 prominent chefs from NY and NJ to celebrate its 12th Anniversary!
In the prestigious salons of the French Consulate, a large audience enjoyed gastronomic experiences from table to table. You could try the aligot cheese, or an olive oil poached Salmon with maple glazed brûlé, or braised Spanish octopus, with potato foam, paprika air, red mojo and so many more.
The Consule Generale, Anne-Claire Legendre, opened the evening pointing out the importance of a bilingual and international education, promoting better understanding between the unique perspectives and cultures of France and the United States and allowing ties of friendship between the members of our two countries, starting in Pre-K !
