Because Students Need More Than Academics

Our enrichment program is one of the many ways we educate the whole child. We truly believe that to develop all of a child’s inner talents, they need to be exposed to new and different things all the time. The French American Academy offers programs for all children after the regular classes – a convenient alternative to finding programs at locations around the area.

Fun And Learn Everyday

Most of our classes run from 3:30 to 4:30pm every day allowing students to have snacks between the end of their school day and the beginning of their after-school activities. We also offer classes from 4:30 to 5:30pm to our upper elementary students allowing them to do their homework during our study hall program.

A Rich Offer

Our enrichment program includes not only sports activities such as basketball, soccer, tennis and rugby but also S.T.E.A.M oriented classes such as chess, board games, woodworking and engineering. It also often includes gymnastics,  yoga or cooking as well as artistic classes such as Arts, music and dance.

Our enrichment program can be held in either English or French depending on the instructor. We usually include local after-school providers who come to our school to share their field expertise while giving a convenient opportunity to our busy parents.

Winter 2022 : Bilingual Focus

Strong from our fall success, we have prepared an extended program for our winter program that will include half of classes instruction in French and a brand-new program for our middle schoolers including sports and podcast programming.

In addition, our Faculty Team will be joining our after-school program and will be teaching music, sports, chess, basketball, dance  and math games in French or in English to keep the bilingual experience even after-school. Of course, we will keep some of our most popular classes such as cooking, tennis and woodworking.

Middle School

Our middle schoolers will also have access to new classes taught in French including Basketball and podcast programming.
